The Challenge

  • Identified pain points across what users said, did, and felt

  • Translated insights into a clear problem statement to guide decisions

UX & Website Design

  • Simplified onboarding flows, reducing friction and unnecessary steps

  • Defined key user journeys (events, curriculum, engagement)

  • Created lo-fi wireframes to validate structure and usability early

  • Developed hi-fi designs aligned with the new brand system

Brand System

  • Designed a unified visual identity connecting church and academy

  • Led a multi-round stakeholder process (concepts → refinement → final system)

  • Established typography, color, and layout standards for consistency
